“I've been the mediator on a number of very tough construction disputes where Chris was the advocate and attorney for one of the parties. He obtained excellent results for his clients through preparation, creative advocacy, careful evaluation of risks, and good counseling skills. He's a fine attorney and brings all that experience to his arbitration and mediation practice.”
Donna Passons, President of the Texas Institute of Continuing Legal Education (TICLE) and Specialized Professional Institutes (SPI)
"I’ve known Chris for over 30 years and he is a highly respected and very knowledgeable practitioner. He has been very active in the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas where he has participated as a speaker and a member of the planning committee for their annual conference. I am excited for him as he launches his new ADR practice and wish him the best in his new endeavors."

"One of the brightest legal minds I've ever had the pleasure of working with."

"As a mediator on a case in which I was involved, Chris exhibited the foregoing traits I seek..., and demonstrated an additional ability, one that is often overlooked by mediators – an ability to propose creative solutions for consideration by the parties. Regardless of intelligence, skill, and experience – and Chris scores high marks in all of these areas – it is the ability of Chris to “think outside the box” that distinguishes him from many of the others with whom I have worked."
